1. Overview
The characteristic of this pump is that its suction valve and pressure valve are both zero leakage, its suction pipe should be as short as possible, and the oil level of the oil tank must be at the same height as or higher than the suction connection port, so as to avoid the pump's suction port being filled with no oil under non operating conditions.
A single acting pump that absorbs oil when the operating handle moves in one direction and discharges the oil into the pressure pipeline when the handle moves in another direction.
A double acting pump discharges the same amount of oil into the pressure pipeline when the operating handle moves forward or backward.
The operating mechanism (handle mechanism) of an open pump and a fully enclosed pump is different;
For fully enclosed pumps, the driving part is located inside the casing and lubricated with oil, so maintenance is not required
For open pumps with their drive parts exposed, it is recommended to perform scheduled maintenance (cleaning and lubrication).
