Clamp torque sensor

The tongs torque sensor is used to measure the pull force of the tongs torque. The clamp torque sensor is mounted on the tail rope of the clamp. When the drill rod is buckled, a pulling force is generated on the tail rope of the clamp to be proportional to the torque of the buckle. The tension acts on the hydraulic oil through the piston in the sensor. It is transmitted from the connecting line to the spring tube of the tongs torque indicator. The free end of the spring tube is displaced, and the needle is deflected by the amplifying mechanism to indicate the pulling force of the tongs.

1. It is used together with the clamp torque meter.
2. The maximum tensile force of the sensor can reach 165KN
3. The current tensile strengths that can be tested are 45KN, 133KN, 165KN.
4. Clamp torque sensor model is CTC109-1, CTC106-1, CTC107-1
5. The maximum pulling force of a single rope can reach 15 tons.
