The LCT4 enhances the high reliability features of its predecessor, the Sentinel LCT. It features an exquisitely designed and compact meter body with an integral cable design, requiring no extended dampers or junction boxes. It retains all the advantages of ultrasonic flow measurement, including:

- No pressure drop
- Unlimited pipe compatibility
- No moving parts, and no filters or strainers needed
